Bed Linen Sprays

I believe bed sprays are important.  Think about how often you launder your bed sheets.  Even if you shower or bathe before bed, you still perspire through the night, leaving your sheets to house new bacteria until the next time you wash them.  One neat little trick I created was a deodorizing bed spray to use when making your bed, and again before going to bed at night.  Freshen up your sheets and sleep comfortably!

Using a spray in the morning when you make the bed will not give the same effect as the oil will have evaporated within a couple of hours and will be useless at bedtime (or even an afternoon nap).  If you choose to benefit from the scent as well, spray again 20-30 minutes before you go to bed.

In a 50ml spray bottle, pour distilled water, nearly to the top leaving room for the oils.  Once made, give a gentle shake before each use.

Just Breathe Spray
I find this spray to be more deodorizing than anything, and you can adjust the scent strength by decreasing the drops if you find this is too strong.  I personally love the smell of a forest in my bedroom, which is why I added more of the oils.

8 drops of Camphor
8-10 drops of Cypress
3 drop of Eucalyptus

Was It Good for You Too? Spray

Nice to use if you have company.

3 drops of Rose
1 drop of Ylang Ylang
1 drop of Chamomile

It's Just a Nap Spray

Good for a nap, not a deep sleep as these scents are more invigorating.

2 drops of Orange or Grapefruit
2 drops of Lemon
2 drops of Lavender

Sleep Like a Corpse Spray

10 drops of Lavender
5 drops of Frankincence
